Connect Magento 1 to AfterShip Returns Center

Magento is an eCommerce platform written in PHP. AfterShip Returns Center is a fully customizable, self-service returns portal. Connect Magento 1 to Returns Center and deliver hassle-free returns experience to shoppers.

➕ Add a new role

Go to Magento Admin Panel > System > Web Services > SOAP/XML-RPC - Roles
Add New Role > Enter name (for example AfterShip)> Role Resources
Select All as the Resource Access > Save the role

👤 Create a new user

Go to Magento Admin Panel > System > Web Services > SOAP/XML-RPC - Users
Add New User > Enter required details > User role > Select the role > Save

🔎 Locate Store ID

Go to Magento Admin Panel > System > Manage stores > Select store
Copy the Store ID (from the URL)

🔗 Connect Magento 1 store

Go to Magento 1 app page > Enter details > Connect
