Connect Magento 2 to AfterShip Returns Center

Magento 2 is an eCommerce platform to manage the content and functionality of online stores. AfterShip Returns Center is a fully automated, self-service returns portal. Connect Magento 2 store to streamline the returns process and offer a delightful post-purchase experience to shoppers.

🔧 Create an Integration

Go to Magento 2 > System > Integrations
Add new integration > Enter required details > API tab
Give permission to attributes: Sales, Catalog, Customers, Reports, and Stores
Save changes and Activate the integration

✅ Allow access to integration

Go to Magento 2 > System > Integrations
Select the Integration > Approve access > Copy Access token > Done

🔎 Locate Store ID

Go to Magento 2 > Stores > All Stores
Select desired store > Copy the Store ID (from the URL)

🔗 Connect Magento 2 store

Go to Magento 2 app page > Enter details > Connect
