Shipping with FedEx in the US? You can enable an in-store label printing service for returns. Customers can present a QR code received with shipping instructions to an associate while dropping off return packages at a FedEx office or Walgreens store.

🔗 Steps to generate labels for FedEx automatically

Make sure you have an active Postmen FedEx shipper account. In case you haven't set it up, create one now
Go to your Return routing rules settings > Select the desired rule and click the three horizontal dots to choose ‘Edit rule’


Scroll down to the Return shipping methods section and turn on the ‘Ship with a return label’ toggle button

Look for the Set return shipping information button and click it to fill in the required details > Click Save once you're done

In the Auto-approval section, click the checkbox to automatically approve all return requests coming in for this particular zone


Save your changes to finish the process
