Customize AfterShip Returns Order Tags on Shopify

Return orders associated with AfterShip Returns are accompanied with related tags and notes on Shopify for you to recognise them easily. You can customize these AfterShip Returns order tags and decide whether to sync them to the Shopify. These customizable tags and available notes will help you find orders linked to AfterShip Returns RMAs through Shopify order dashboard.
Go to Settings in the AfterShip Returns admin
Click Shopify tags
You can enable and customize tags for your Orginal Shopify orders and Exchange and replacement orders created via Shopify
a. Return request submitted: The tags and notes will be linked to the Shopify orders for whom a return request is submitted via AfterShip Returns portal
The default order tag with such orders is AfterShip Returns. You can customize and add maximum of 3 tags (including the default tags). You can remove the default tag by clicking the X
The order tags are displayed on the Shopify dashboard
The order notes given are not customizable and will be visible as it is on the Shopify order detail page
Shift the toggle to the right to display the order tags and notes with the original Shopify order when the return request is submitted
Just like Return request submitted event, you get two more events for original Shopify orders, including Refunded to store credit and Return request expired for which you can enable order tags and notes.
a. New replacement order created: The tags and notes will be linked to the replacement orders created via AfterShip Returns
The default order tags with such orders are AfterShip Returns replacement order and {Initial order number}. You can customize and add maximum of 3 tags (including the default tags). You can remove the default tag by clicking the X
The order tags are displayed on the Shopify dashboard with the replacement order
The order notes given are not customizable and will be visible as it is on the Shopify order detail page
Shift the toggle to the right to display the order tags and notes with the replacement order created via AfterShip Returns on Shopify
Just like New replacement order created event, you get one more events, New exchange order created for which you can enable order tags and notes.
