Export AfterShip Returns RMA Data

Export AfterShip Returns returns dashboard data to get a complete account of the number of return requests placed, resolution methods adopted, the zone from where maximum requests originated, return methods opted for and much more.

The export file can be used to

determine the returns method that are chosen the most and optimize it with better eligibility and routing rules
check the time taken to process and resolve the requests
plan better returns policy, based on data collected from the export
determine the return zones from where the maximum requests originated and employ best returns methods for each of them
find out how many requests placed are actually valid

Export returns data by CSV

Go to Returns in the AfterShip Returns admin

Click Export on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Select the export range

Based on the filters you applied: only returns filtered out after applying the filters will be exported in a CSV file
All returns (created in the last 365 days)

Select the recipient email where the exported data will be sent

To add more members to your recipient list, visit the Organization Members settings.

Click Export returns
