Automatic label generation is crucial for the optimization of returns process. AfterShip Returns Center allows you to create returns labels automatically instead of manually uploading them.

Currently, the auto-label feature is supported for ten couriers [UPS, USPS via Endicia, DHL, DHL Germany, DPD NL, FedEx, Australia Post, Seko Logistics (Omni Parcel), Star Track, Canada Post, and Correos Spain]

🔧 Steps for auto label generation

Make sure you have an active Postmen account with all your preferred carriers :)
Go to the ‘Returns methods’ settings > Choose the desired rule (If you have saved multiple on Returns Center) and click on ‘Edit’

Hit the ‘Ship with a returns label’ option > Go to the ‘Label generation’ section


Click on the ‘Set up’ option > Enter required details in the given fields


Verify all the filled data before hitting the ‘Save’ button

The label along with shipping instructions will be sent to shoppers via email. Also, they can download it from the returns page.
